A leading service provider in Wales is seeking a part-time administrative role in Cardiff. This position involves posting journals to ledgers, handling bank reconciliations, and maintaining relationships within the organization. Ideal candidates should possess strong numeracy skills, experience with accounting systems, and the ability to work with Excel. This is an opportunity to have a key administrative role to play as part of the transaction team within Cashbook. You will be working closely with colleagues across the business. You will have varied tasks and no two days will be the same your role will include; Posting of journals to ledgers. Dealing with cash cheque and automated bank transfers (BACS etc) for the Group. Daily Bank Reconciliations. Liaising and maintain relationships with group members. Providing information for the management accounts and reporting for statutory accounts at year end including accruals and prepayments.

The Finance Team sits within our Finance and Governance function and is led by the Finance this role you will report directly to the Finance Officer - Cash & Accounts Receivable and be a key member of the financial transactions and systems team.
This is a part time post for 15 hours per week to be worked on Thursday and Friday.
