Abacus Consulting is seeking a Temporary Finance Assistant in Wellingborough for an initial 6-month period, to support the Finance & Payroll Manager. The role is office based, 37 hours per week, with on-site parking and a friendly, supportive environment.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar finance role and be able to start asap. The position is offered at c£28,000 pro-rata.

Temporary Finance Assistant - 6 months - Wellingborough c£28,000 pro-rata

Our client, a local organisation based in Wellingborough are seeking a Finance Assistant to support the Finance & Payroll Manager on a temporary basis for an initial period of 6 months. This position may lead to a more permanent role.

As the Finance Assistant your duties will include:

• Purchase Ledger
• Sales Ledger
• Petty Cash
• Journal entries
• Other ad hoc finance duties

This position is office based with a working week of 37 hours, 100% office based.
