Finance Assistant

Location : Leamington Spa

Salary : £28,000 £30,000 per annum

Hours : Monday–Thursday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm ; Friday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

About the Role

We are seeking a hard‑working and committed Finance Assistant with strong attention to detail and a high work ethic. You will support the Financial Controller in managing, processing and troubleshooting various financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

General Finance Support

• Assist with month‑end processes including accruals, prepayments and reporting.
• Support internal and external audit activities.
• Prepare and process financial and business documents for account checks, approvals and purchases.
• Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as required.

Accounts Receivable (AR)
