  • Manage Purchase and Sales Ledger and execute weekly supplier payment runs.
  • Chase debts via telephone, letter, or email.
  • Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
  • Process monthly expenses and credit cards.
  • Communicate with finance inbox and other departments as required.

Responsibilities
  • Purchase and Sales Ledger and weekly supplier payment runs
  • Chasing debt via the telephone, letter or email
  • Dealing with intercompany transactions and reconciliations
  • Deal with finance inbox
  • Processing monthly expenses and credit cards
  • Deal with other departments as required
Qualifications/Skills
  • Experience in similar position is essential (preferably over 1 year)
  • Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger experience
  • Experience with Sage is preferred
  • A strong team player who can support other areas of the business
  • Good customer service skills with a strong customer focus
  • Positive, pro-active with a ‘can do’ attitude with strong problem-solving skills
