We’re looking for…
A proactive Finance Assistant to support the Finance Manager and help ensure the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations across multiple international markets.

To be considered, you’ll need:

  • Solid experience with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, data organisation, analysis)
  • Experience of working within an accountancy or finance department
  • You will support the Finance Manager across a range of duties including but not limited to invoicing, accounts receivable, month-end, year-end duties
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive data

You are…

  • Detail-focused and efficient
  • A self-starter who takes initiative
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a remote team
  • Keen to learn and grow within a supportive environment
  • Confident in using accounting software systems. Xero experience would be advantageous
  • Multi-currency experience would be an advantage but not essential
