About the Role

As part of our finance team, you’ll support the business to make this a reality for thousands of people living in our communities. Working with our internal teams and external partners you’ll provide a customer‑focussed service, processing supplier and sales invoices quickly and efficiently and helping make sure debts are collected. You will support the team with administration of petty cash, expenses and updating journals.

Responsibilities
  • Process financial information accurately and in line with relevant regulations.
  • Provide a customer‑focussed service, processing supplier and sales invoices quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure debts are collected and help resolve issues and answer queries related to invoices and payments.
  • Administer petty cash, expenses and update journals.
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a transactional finance environment or similar role.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
  • A willingness to learn and develop your knowledge of the housing sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, and financial systems (eg Open Accounts).
  • Knowledge of accountancy statutory requirements.
  • Good general standard of education.
  • Finance qualification such as AAT is desirable.
