Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a Finance Assistant to join our client’s team in Luton. This long-term role offers training, development opportunities, and a stable production environment with on-site benefits.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, starting at 08:00/09:00. Pay is £15.38–£19.49 per hour, dependent on experience, with full and ongoing training, free onsite parking, and guaranteed daily hours.

Qualifications

• Accounts payable or transactional finance experience.
• Exposure to multi-currency transactions.
• Understanding of PO, invoice and delegated authority.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and on time.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Raising and reviewing POs and invoices.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain a strong audit trail and support continuous improvement of Finance processes and controls.

Finance Assistant to join their growing team in Luton. This is a long-term position for candidates that are interested in developing their skills and working within a well-established production environment. Training will be provided for this position, and there are excellent opportunities to expand your knowledge and experience within the industry.
