Job Description

The Finance Assistant will:

  • Assist with Purchase Ledger duties, including; processing invoices against orders, managing delivery notes from site, managing invoices from approval, statement reconciliations and payment runs
  • Process sub contractor invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Collating data for the weekly payroll
  • Weekly cash forecast and movement reports
  • Any ad hoc duties as requested
