  • Previous experience in a Finance role is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Process and send sales invoices to customers for products and delivery.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices by our customers.
  • Process and seek approval of all debit notes received by the business.
  • Manage and communicate all emails received into the Accounts receivable inbox.
  • Request or download proof of deliveries from courier portals.
  • Reconcile large volume of data in Microsoft Excel.
  • Assist the Accounts receivable and Accounts Payable teams during busy times.

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team in Wigan on a full time, permanent basis.

As our Finance Assistant your role will be to assist with all administrative tasks within the finance department.

As our Finance Assistant your role will include:

  • Confident in Microsoft Excel and handling large volume of data (Essential).
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills.
  • Be self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
  • Good team player.
  • Previous experience in a Finance role is desirable.
