Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about finance? We're looking for a Finance Assistant to join a dynamic team and support the smooth running of the finance function. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where accuracy and professionalism are key.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain accurate financial records and process transactions using Sage.
  • Perform regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end processes, including payroll, reporting, and audits.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable: process invoices, monitor payments, and oversee billing.
  • Analyse financial data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Provide general finance administration and assist with ad-hoc tasks during peak periods.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • AAT qualification or working towards it (desirable).
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 and strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
