  • Perform month end reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of budget journals.
  • Create and maintain supplier invoice templates.
  • Raise and manage purchase orders (PO’s) in line with policies.
  • Undertake general financial administrative duties such as data entry.

    We are looking for a highly motivated and detail orientated Finance Assistant to join a busy Financial Services – Transacting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with NHS financial experience who is seeking to build their skills and contribute to a vital function within the organisation. Previous experience in an NHS financial setting.

  • Working knowledge of SAP and Oracle.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience using formulas and tools.
  • Experience with month end processes and financial reconciliations.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to details.
