Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts role is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Confident with Microsoft Excel and general accounting processes.
  • Knowledge of Xero accounting software would be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Supplier payment processing - Timesheets, Schedules, Invoices via Xero.
  • Chasing aged debt and maintaining accurate debtor records.
  • Processing and issuing credit notes.
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
  • Completing bank reconciliations accurately and on time.
  • Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc administrative duties.
