Key Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant:
  • Processing purchase invoices and supporting the accounts payable function.
  • Assisting with sales ledger duties including raising invoices and allocating payments.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring accurate record‑keeping.
  • Supporting month‑end processes, including accruals, journals, and bank reconciliations.
  • Responding to internal and external finance queries promptly and professionally.
  • Providing general support to the wider finance team as required.
The Ideal Finance Assistant:
