About Our Client
A new Finance Applications Systems Admin role with a well-known business based in Woking.
Job Description
- Provide Technical Support: Offer first and second-line support for D365 F&O modules, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly, in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) for business & IT stakeholders. Provide the same for IBM Cloud Planning Analytics & Consolidation.
- Security User Access Management: Manage and maintain user provisioning & role assignment across finance applications and environments. Configure segregation of duties & implement security diagnostics.
- Environment Management: Experience operating Lifecycle Services (LCS) for D365 F&O. Responsibilities include database refreshes and environment configuration.
- User Assistance: Assist end-users with system navigation, functionality, and best practices.
- System Monitoring: Monitor module performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Operations: Manage ongoing processes such as data input quality, month-end system interfaces, and month/year-end closures. Handle integrations, ISVs, and Azure services like Azure Key Vault, Logic Apps, etc.
- Incident Management: Log, track, and resolve incidents using a ticketing system.
- System Maintenance & Change Management
The Successful Applicant
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics365 Finance & Operations from previous support roles.
- Experience with third-party finance solutions and integrations.
- Understanding of ERP systems, business, and accounting processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of IT services, standards, policies, and organizational structure.
- Awareness of emerging technologies and infrastructure services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Analytical mindset for issue identification and resolution.
- Experience working with third-party service providers.
