Job description

If you're someone who loves building a cash flow model from scratch - not just updating someone else's - this could be the move you've been waiting for.

This is your chance to join a high-growth property developer that's reshaping the way things are done. The finance function is lean, modern, and data-driven and as the Finance Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving insight, control, and commercial value across live developments and future investments. You'll work closely with the Finance Manager across all areas of reporting, analysis, and modelling, but the real heartbeat of this role is cash flow. You'll be building, owning, and improving cash flow models that underpin strategic decisions from live project performance to new acquisitions and investment analysis.

What you'll be doing
  • Building and maintaining detailed cash flow models across multiple developments
  • Supporting month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
  • Working with project teams to update live data, track spend, and forecast ROI
  • Assisting with investment appraisals and development models
  • Analysing financial performance and identifying opportunities to drive efficiency
  • Helping modernise systems and streamline processes as the business scales
What you'll need
  • Strong Excel and financial modelling skills - you'll be confident building cash flows from the ground up
  • A solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and how they flow through to cash
  • Ideally part-qualified or newly qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), though experience counts most
  • A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in the property or real estate sector

This is a role where you won't be siloed. You'll work closely with operations, development, and investment teams, learning the full life cycle of a project from acquisition through to completion. If you're looking for exposure, autonomy, and the chance to make your mark in a high-performing environment, this is it.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Central London

If you're driven by data, detail, and the story behind the numbers - and you can build a cash flow that actually tells it - we'd love to speak.
