What You'll Be Doing

Analyse the Story Behind the Numbers Support the Finance Manager with month-end reporting and performance analysis across multiple entities - reviewing data, investigating variances, and producing management insights that shape business decisions.

Model the Future Build and maintain detailed financial models for cashflow forecasting, utilities benchmarking, and development appraisals. You'll also support live investment analysis and help refine a bespoke model used for new acquisitions.

Drive Continuous Improvement Work within a finance team that's 99% automated. You'll help refine import processes, streamline reporting, and support system upgrades that keep the business at the forefront of innovation.

Add Real Commercial Value Collaborate across departments to analyse ROI, monitor project performance, and contribute to quarterly valuation work - turning data into insight and insight into action.

What We're Looking For

• Part-qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or similar.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills - you know your way around complex models and large datasets.
• Analytical, curious, and keen to understand what drives business performance.
