The Impact You'll Make in this Role
  • Key resource to develop analytics & insights for the organization.
  • Build robust reporting capabilities across a number of financial metrics & key performance indicators; to include leveraging Power BI tools.
  • Develop business models for a variety of financial / commercial scenarios.
  • Project work as required to support both finance and the business functions.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders and proactively provide value‑added analysis/financial insights.
  • Regular interaction with key business stakeholders to understand the business model, current market dynamics and operations in order to make recommendations to achieve established action plans, drive efficient growth and change.
  • Ensuring that success is achieved through the utmost ethical and legal means.
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) in business administration / management, economics, engineering, finance accounting, or other business and/or finance discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Background in finance or finance related experience.
