Job summary

Cooper Parry is seeking a Finance Analyst in Girvan to join the Operations Finance team. You will deliver high-quality financial analysis, reporting and insights to support informed decision-making and sustainable business performance.

Working with the Finance and Operations teams, you will develop an understanding of operational performance and key drivers, providing meaningful insights and constructive challenge to support both operational and strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Fully qualified accountant (CA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent.
Strong stakeholder-focused approach and relationship-building skills.
Able to work effectively with finance and non-finance colleagues.
Excellent analytical ability to interpret financial information and extract insights.
Commercial mindset with ability to provide constructive challenge and drive improvements.
Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly operational financial results, including cost performance and KPIs.
Provide variance analysis, identify trends, risks and opportunities.
Support budgeting, forecasting and longer-term financial planning.
Produce ad-hoc financial analysis for business cases and investments.
Build strong relationships with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Support financial controls and data integrity.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes and automation.
Contribute to continuous improvement and change initiatives.
