Job summary

King’s Commercial Finance team supports growth across New Games and the Chief Commercial Officer organization. You will deliver financial modelling, investment analysis and day-to-day commercial support.

You will help assess growth opportunities, understand performance and evaluate new business models, building repeatable analysis as the portfolio grows.

This role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, strong stakeholder collaboration, and delivering clear insights to finance and business colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, FP&A or related analytical roles.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills, including auditable forecasts and DCF.
• Understanding of commercial drivers and new business models and their impact on revenue.
• Proficiency with AI tools to streamline modelling, analysis and reporting workflows.
• Attention to detail with large datasets; experience with planning systems and BI tools is a plus.
• Clear communication and proactive collaboration with stakeholders across finance and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Financial modelling and valuation: build driver-based forecasts and DCF models to assess investments and long-term value.
• Commercial performance: prepare reporting against forecasts and business cases, highlight implications, risks, and opportunities.
• Forecasting and planning: coordinate inputs from teams, maintain models, validate data and ensure timely reporting.
• Finance partnership: work with Investment and Optimisation Finance to align assumptions and inputs for day-to-day support.
• Business cases and project support: assist with long-range plan, portfolio expansion, and investment recommendations.
• Process improvement and communication: streamline reports and models, leverage AI, and communicate insights clearly.
