A regional healthcare provider in Kettering is seeking a Finance Analyst to support financial management services. The role involves budget reporting, financial analysis, and assisting managers in understanding their financial responsibilities. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency, with prior financial management experience being a plus.
As a Finance Analyst the post holder will be pivotal in supporting the Finance Manager and Finance Business Partner in month end reporting, analysis and discussing monthly reports with cost centre managers. This role will help non-finance managers understand their role as a budget holder and communication with this staff group is key. Experience in understanding and analysing finance data will be key along with effectively communicating budget holder feedback which will support with forecasting.
