Metropolitan Thames Valley is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to join the Finance Operations team in London. You will analyze financial and performance data, provide insights, and support reporting, forecasts, budgets and BI initiatives to drive operational and financial performance.

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance Operations team supporting Customer Services.
In this role, you will help managers make informed business decisions by analysing financial and performance data, identifying trends, and providing meaningful insights that drive operational and financial performance. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure the delivery of accurate reporting, forecasts, budgets, and business intelligence.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, developing reporting processes, and supporting effective decision-making through robust financial analysis and performance reporting.
