Location: All Pets Veterinary Practice, St Peter’s, Jersey
Salary: £20.00 per hour
Part-Time: 20 or 25 Hours per Week

All Pets Veterinary Practice is a well-established, independently owned clinic in the heart of St Peter’s village. We’re a small, friendly team dedicated to providing high-quality care for pets and small animals. We’re now looking for a Finance Administrator to join us and support the financial operations of our busy practice.

🐾 What You’ll Do
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits
  • Prepare and submit GST, CER, and ITIS returns
  • Produce monthly financial reports for the Directors
  • Manage petty cash, banking, and card payments
  • Maintain financial records using Xero (preferred)
  • Provide basic HR administrative support
  • Use Office 365 and our practice management system
