  • Process invoices, create and manage purchase orders, and receipts
  • Assist with payroll, expense tracking, and petty cash handling
  • Book in delivery notes and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate and update labour schedules
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
