Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a similar finance admin, bookkeeping, or operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales invoicing and credit control.
  • Confidence performing bank reconciliations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a knack for data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using Xero (bonus, not essential).

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and issuing invoices and purchase orders.
  • Processing staff timesheets and expenses.
  • Maintaining and updating internal systems.
  • Preparing reports and assisting with month-end processes.
  • Managing supplier payments and purchasing activity.
  • Handling customer, supplier, and internal queries via phone and email.
  • Providing wider administrative support from reception cover to travel bookings and pre-employment checks.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Administrator:

No two days are the same at Quorum! You ll play a key role in supporting our finance and operations functions, ensuring everything runs efficiently and accurately.

Your responsibilities will include:
