Job summary

A finance consultancy in Bristol is seeking an experienced Contract Finance Administrator to support a finance system transition. The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills and a proactive attitude, with experience handling large datasets. This short-term contract is available immediately and will last around 2-3 months, offering the opportunity to work with a busy finance team during a critical period.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the transition to a new finance system.
  • Working through a backlog of invoice data.
  • Reviewing large spreadsheets for errors and correcting them.
  • Uploading cleaned and accurate data into the new system.
  • Ensuring data integrity throughout the migration process.

Skills

Strong Excel skills - including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
Confident handling large volumes of data

Bristol (2 days WFH per week)

We're supporting a Bristol-based business through a finance system transition and are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator / Finance Analyst to join on a short-term contract. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working with large datasets and enjoys rolling up their sleeves to get stuck in.

This contract role is available immediately, and will last around 2-3 months.
