Overview

We are hiring for our client, a respected organisation with their Headquarters based in North Belfast, who are seeking a Finance Administrator to support the finance team with accounting, administration, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with finance experience looking to work within a structured, value-driven organisation.

The Role
  • Maintain and update computerised accounts using a bespoke management accounting package
  • Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in records
  • Prepare and issue invoices, handle payments, and reconcile accounts
  • Assist the Finance Manager and Financial Controller with year-end financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Support the administration of corporate protection and group pension schemes
  • Maintain client data and accounts, ensuring accuracy across the internal system
  • Coordinate internal and external communications for payments and invoicing
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to resolve any discrepancies
  • Adhere to compliance standards and ensure confidentiality in all financial matters
The Person – What We’re Looking For
  • At least 4 years experience within a Finance Admin position
  • Experience using financial software packages
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
