Key Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Ledger processing, control and administration
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • File invoices and statements
  • Process staff expenses
  • Sales Ledger invoice processing and administration
  • Processing banking entries onto sage
  • Collect timesheet information for payroll payments for employees
