Job summary

Evri is seeking a Final Mile Territory Manager for the Lakeside region operating from the Hainault Delivery Unit. This fixed-term, full-time role involves leading a network of couriers, overseeing daily performance, and resolving issues in real time to ensure efficient, on-time parcel delivery across multiple units.

You will manage budgets, engage Evri Business Partners, and build strong local relationships while driving continuous improvement and site safety.

• Current UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential on standalone single Delivery Unit)

We’re hiring Fixed Term Territory Managers at our Hainault Delivery Unit to help support our busiest time of the year

Location: Hainault
Hours: Full-time hours any 5 days over 7 Monday to Sunday
Start date: Immediate starts through to Jan 2027
Contract: Fixed term, full time contracts.

About the Role

As a Final Mile Territory Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind service excellence across multiple Delivery Units or one high-volume Super Unit. You’ll oversee daily performance, act quickly to resolve issues using real-time digital tools, motivate and engage a network of couriers, and build strong relationships with Evri Business Partners, the local community, and key internal teams.

Responsibilities as a Final Mile Territory Manager

• Own service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s)
• Ensure consistent, compliant, on-time parcel flow and courier coverage
• Analyse digital dashboards and Service Tracker to identify and resolve risks
• Build strong relationships with EBPs, couriers, support teams, and unions
• Lead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive planning across all operations

To Be Successful in This Role You Will Require the Following…

Qualifications:

• Current UK Driving Licence (preferable but not essential on standalone single Delivery Unit)

Knowledge & Experience:

• Knowledge of the self-employed courier model
• Previous experience working in a customer-focused industry within a fast-paced operational role
• Strong planning and organisational experience

Technical & People Skills:

• Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Ability to empower teams with appropriate oversight and support recruitment/interview activity when required
• Strong communicator across a dispersed workforce
• IT proficient, including experience with digital dashboards
