Evri Group is seeking a Final Mile Resource Manager for the South region to attract, onboard, engage and retain self-employed Owner Drivers across our Evri Premium network. This field-based role collaborates with depot managers and operations to ensure capacity and capability to deliver outstanding service.
You will lead recruitment plans, onboarding journeys, compliance and governance, and retention initiatives while using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

We're looking for a Final Mile Resource Manager to play a key role in attracting, onboarding, engaging and retaining self-employed Owner Drivers across our South Evri Premium region.
This is a highly visible, field-based role where you'll work closely with depot managers, operational teams and Owner Drivers to ensure the network has the capacity and capability needed to deliver outstanding service. From recruitment and onboarding through to engagement, retention and performance support, you'll be at the centre of our final-mile success.
