Film Producer - Fully Remote role at Mercor.

Position details

Position: Producer/Director

Type: Independent Contractor

Compensation: $100–$175/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 weeks

Commitment: 20–40 hours/week

Base pay range

$100.00/hr - $175.00/hr

Role Responsibilities

• Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world production and direction based on professional experience.
• Create realistic situations involving project development, creative vision execution, budget management, crew coordination, talent direction, and production scheduling.
• Develop scenarios for script development, pre-production planning, on-set decision-making, post-production oversight, managing creative conflicts, working with stakeholders, handling production challenges, and delivering projects on deadline.
• Review and evaluate AI responses to production and direction queries for accuracy and professional standards.
• Provide detailed feedback on production and direction scenarios to improve AI training.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to cutting-edge AI research.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years professional experience as a producer, director, showrunner, or production manager in media/entertainment organizations.
• Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
• Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
• Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.

Preferred

• 14 years experience preferred.

Compensation & Legal
