Job summary

HR GO Group in Bridgwater, Somerset, is seeking a Production Operative for our manufacturing site. The role involves repetitive filling and packing tasks on a 40-hour week, with full on-site induction provided.

The position is permanent with a starting salary of £27,976 per annum, and benefits including Real Living Wage employer status. DBS check may be required; training starts on site.

Qualifications

• Willingness to carry out repetitive work and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Physically fit with good manual handling awareness.

Responsibilities

• Filling tubes, pots and cardboard boxes to required standard.
• Repetitive boxing, packaging and labelling tasks.
• Standing for extended periods during filling/packing process.
• Follow health & safety procedures and use pallet trucks when required.
