Princes is seeking a motivated Filler Operative to join our Production Team. You will operate filling and packaging equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production of finished products.

Based in a busy manufacturing site, you will perform quality checks, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement while adhering to health and safety standards. Full training and development are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Experience operating machinery advantageous.
• Good literacy and numeracy; able to complete records accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to shift work.
• Positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

Aufgaben

• Operate filling machinery safely and efficiently to achieve production targets.
• Carry out cleaning, sterilisation and routine machine maintenance activities.
• Complete pre-production, safety and quality checks, ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained.
• Monitor machine performance and minimise product and packaging waste.
• Ensure the correct packaging materials are used and product coding is accurate.
• Report equipment issues, spillages, defects or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards through a "clean as you go" approach.
• Work closely with Team Leaders and colleagues to ensure production plans are achieved.
• Follow all food safety, quality, health and safety, and hygiene procedures.
• Support site delivery and Technical teams to ensure quality, legality, food safety, brand integrity and culture is driven and compliant.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Filler Operative to join our Production Team. This is a hands‑on role operating filling and packaging equipment to ensure the safe, efficient, and high‑quality production of finished products.

Working as part of a busy manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for maintaining production standards, minimising waste, completing quality checks, and ensuring all health and safety requirements are met. The role involves working a rotating day and night shift pattern and offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and growing business.

Role Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
• Experience operating machinery would be advantageous.
