The Company:

A boutique, full-service healthcare market‑research agency specialising exclusively in the MedTech, Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Sectors are looking for a Fieldwork Coordinator to join their team. As a Fieldwork Coordinator, you will be a proactive and detail‑oriented professional responsible for overseeing the logistics of MedTech market research projects. Your primary focus will be on the setup and management of fieldwork and data collection, ensuring each project is executed efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in collaboration with the right partners.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate with 12 months+ experience in a Field/Ops role to take the next step in their career.

The Role:

• Deliver daily summaries of recruitment progress, highlighting potential risks or obstacles to project success.
• Monitor and ensure vendor and internal compliance with GDPR, AI regulations, and client‑specific requirements; report any adverse events promptly.
• Coordinate the onboarding of additional vendors as needed to support project delivery.
• Oversee completion of all project documentation and ensure all closeout activities are finalized.
• Prepare and submit vendor and client evaluation forms.

The Candidate:

• 1‑3 years’ experience in a project logistics‑focused role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to meet timelines and resolve issues.
• Effective communicator with experience collaborating across suppliers and internal teams.
• Proven negotiation skills and success in managing supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative market research operations.
• Understanding of compliance processes, including GDPR, supplier risk assessments, and client regulations.
