Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking an experienced Water Treatment Equipment Engineer to join their South East team. The role covers Watford and surrounding regions, servicing commercial, manufacturing and industrial premises.

Travel to client sites is required and a competitive salary with benefits is offered. Role involves installing water treatment systems, commissioning equipment, and providing technical support while maintaining compliance with HSG 274/ACOP L8.

Qualifications

• Experience as Water Treatment Equipment Engineer.
• Plumbing qualifications (NVQ, Diploma, G3 Unvented).
• Knowledge of HSG 274 and ACOP L8.
• Strong literacy and numeracy.
• Proficient with IT software.

Responsibilities

• Installing and commissioning water softeners, UV filtration and reverse osmosis systems.
• Installing and servicing of cooling tower and chemical dosing equipment.
• Connecting control panels and associated electrical works.
• Diagnosing faults on existing systems.
• Modifications of existing pipework.
• Interpreting from schematics / blueprints.
• Providing technical feedback and project updates to clients.
• Liaising with clients to arrange site access.
• Updating logbooks and technical documents.
• Representing the company in a professional manner.
