Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Field Operative in Swindon to join a well-established team. You will travel to customer sites for cleaning and maintenance of ventilation systems, with full training provided from day one and clear opportunities for progression into more senior roles.

The role includes varied shifts (days, nights, weekends) with travel and occasional stays, and offers a defined salary scale of £24,000–£26,000 per year plus overtime, training, and progression

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence.
• Happy carrying out practical, hands-on work; no previous industry experience required.
• Flexible to work days, nights and occasional weekends, with travel to customer sites.
