Looking for a role where you can make a big impact in a small team? We’re hiring a Field Store Team Leader to oversee one of our Virgin Media Field Stores—compact ‘red sheds’ that serve as vital stock hubs for our engineers. With just two team members on site, this role is hands‑on, highly customer‑facing and requires a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills to keep operations running smoothly and professionally.

We’re offering a salary of up to £28,010.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day
  • Daily supervision of a team of operatives and agency staff in the department
  • Ensure all the staff are involved in the success of the operation through continual feedback and positive communication
  • Prioritise warehouse duties to ensure that the productivity levels and deadlines are achieved
  • To ensure that the areas of operational responsibility run in line with plans and are completed on schedule to the standards required by the company and the customer
