We're hiring a Field Store Team Leader to oversee one of our Virgin Media Field Stores-compact red sheds that serve as vital stock hubs for our engineers. With just two team members on site, this role is hands-on and highly customer-facing, so we're looking for a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills to keep operations running smoothly and professionally.

Here at GXO, we are on the search for a Field Store Team Leader to join our team in Dundee on our Virgin Media Contract. This role is perfect for a motivated, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. If you have strong people skills, a keen eye for efficiency, and a passion for driving team performance.

You'll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 07:00 - 16:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:

• Daily supervision of a team of operatives and agency staff in the department
• Ensure all the staff are involved in the success of the operation through continual feedback and positive communication
• Prioritise warehouse duties to ensure that the productivity levels and deadlines are achieved
• To ensure that the areas of operational responsibility run in line with plans and are completed on schedule to the standards required by the company and the customer
