Job summary

Fisher German is looking for a Field Services Operative in Swindon to support the inspection, maintenance, and monitoring of cross-country assets. You will work closely with a dedicated team and assist with routine maintenance and inspections while adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset, capable of managing tasks under pressure. This role includes travelling to various operational areas and providing support to ensure client safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance activities.
• Support line managers by carrying out assigned tasks efficiently.
• Attend required training courses according to HSE guidelines.
• Assist with visual inspections of equipment.
• Accurately complete documentation.
• Work alongside trained colleagues to monitor third-party contractors.
• Carry out duties on highways and in cross-country environments.
• Provide general on-site support when required.
