  • Complete all job documentation using a mobile phone or tablet.
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients and the service office.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to rail industry standards.
  • Travel to multiple depot locations across the Midlands and South, including working away from home with overnight stays when required.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a specialist rail engineering company providing depot maintenance services across the UK rail network.

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join their nationwide team, working primarily across the Midlands and South of England. This is a long‑term, stable position with regular overtime, excellent benefits, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

Package offered for this Field Service Engineer role :
  • Salary : £39,720 per annum
  • Location : Nationwide
  • Benefits : Company van and fuel card, overtime available most weeks, on‑call rota 1 in 14, with on‑call payment, travel and accommodation covered when required, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, ongoing training and professional development
