The role:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide support for advanced surveillance and fire control systems across naval, land, and vehicle platforms. Your responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and optimizing hardware and software, performing offsite repairs, system installations, post-service reporting, supporting sales demos, and conducting factory acceptance testing and risk assessments to ensure system reliability and customer satisfaction.

What we need from you:

  • Experience maintaining complex systems with electrical and mechanical assembly tools in military environments (naval, army, or air force).
  • Strong electronics knowledge, including microcontrollers, control theory, servo tuning, and basic radar, optics, and communication systems understanding.
  • Proficiency in mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and PC architecture, along with software skills for diagnosis and updates.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to represent the company professionally on-site.

Security Clearance: Must have British citizenship or dual nationality with British citizenship.
