Job summary

Winterhalter Ltd. seeks experienced service technicians to join our team delivering best-in-class service to our customers in the North West of the UK. The role involves on-site installation, service, and repair of commercial warewashing equipment, supported by a regional team.

Expect a 40-hour week plus weekend rota, with company van, fuel card, laptop and phone provided. You will diagnose issues, produce detailed service reports and maintain excellent customer relations while meeting service

Qualifications

• Electrical competence for single and 3 phase equipment.
• Proven field service experience in hospitality or catering equipment.
• Direct experience in warewash/catering industry highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair commercial warewashing equipment (under-counter, pass-through, rack conveyors).
• Diagnose errors and determine solutions; produce timely service reports.
• Document processes and follow company procedures; share information with team.
• Collaborate with technical team and advise on customer requirements.
• Meet goals for response times, first-time fix, customer satisfaction, stock management.
