Qualifications

  • Experience in a field-based customer service engineering role, ideally in Retail, Hospitality or Leisure.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in maintaining and installing EPoS equipment.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Must hold a full UK driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Repair, service and install various IT hardware/EPoS systems.
  • Conduct planned and regular maintenance of on-site equipment.
  • Provide support and training to customers as needed.
  • Deliver exemplary levels of customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Repair, service and installation of various IT hardware/EPoS systems
  • Planned and regular maintenance of all on‑site equipment
  • Provide support and training to Customer as and when required

Qualifications
  • Experience in a field‑based customer service engineering role, ideally in the Retail, Hospitality or Leisure industry
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience and knowledge of maintaining and installing EPoS equipment
  • PC literate (all MS Office suite) and aptitude to pick up new software packages quickly
  • Full UK driver’s license
