Title: Field Service Technician

Location: UK and EMEA

Purpose of Role: Performing on-site data destruction and Decommissioning

Reporting to: Field Services and Logistics Manager EMEA

Principal Accountabilities

• Maintaining the vehicle, ensuring it is fully operational and clean inside and out
• Complete daily checks on vehicle
• Maintenance of the shredders
• Managing spare parts manifest
• Managing all testing required for the vehicles (LOLER tester, Pat testing, PMI testing)
• Managing Servicing of vehicles
• General maintenance of Yard and vehicles
• Onsite services, data wiping, decommissioning, degaussing, Pallet packing,scanning,audits.
• Driving SSD van and HDD Trucks
• Demonstrate personal responsibility for all Safety, Health, Environment, Community, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies, procedures, and initiatives
• Support diversity and inclusion, positive employee relations, and teamwork
• Support measures designed to effectively manage costs and adherence to budgetary requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality requirements
• Comply with all Company policies, procedures, and initiatives relevant to job
• Support training and performance-management initiatives
• Travel to other countries is required
• Other duties where required

Experience / Qualification Required

• Experience in a customer facing role
• Experience maintaining mechanical vehicles and machines
• HGV Licenses and expereince driving up to Class 2 vehicles, desirable
