Duties
  • You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of bespoke equipment across the South East and London.
  • Carrying out regular service inspections on existing installations to maintain optimum performance.
  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Replacing or repairing any defective components.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to encourage trust and satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of service activities and client interactions via the Company App.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while performing duties on‑site.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar technical role.
  • Basic electrical skills.
  • Absolute reliability, self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Tidy and organised working methods.
  • A great communicator and commitment to excellent customer service.
  • A desire to learn new skills and hard‑working attitude.
  • Full clean driving licence essential and willingness to travel.
  • The role requires a DBS check.
