Field Service Technician - Edinburgh / Glasgow

Responsibilities

• As a Field Service Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for maintenance, repairs and installations. You'll work independently, managing your own van stock, using a tablet for reporting, and delivering top-notch service to customers across Scotland.
• You must also be willing to travel within a 200-mile radius when required, with additional call-out fees paid when you're on standby or responding to emergency work.
• Carry out routine maintenance, repairs and installations
• Diagnose and fix mechanical/electrical issues on-site
• Deliver great customer service and keep clients informed every step of the way
• Manage your own van stock and keep job reports up to date
• Support other technicians when needed

Requirements

• Experience in a field service, mechanical or electrical environment
