Position Overview

We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team at Culligan UK Limited. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our water filtration systems. This position provides a fantastic opportunity for growth within an established company that values innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys and perform installations of water filtration systems.
  • Execute repairs, services, exchanges, and collections on-site to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and timely management of stock and inventory, ensuring all necessary parts are available for service tasks.
  • Work within tight daily schedules while managing tasks efficiently.
  • Attend our Service Centre as required to replenish supplies and equipment.
  • Proven experience in plumbing or electrical fields preferred, but full training will be provided.
  • A full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Strong DIY skills and experience using power tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Monday - Friday Days working pattern
