• Proven engineering background with FLT, Mobile Plant, HGV, or Industrial Vehicle experience.
• Strong technical skills in Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic systems.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience in an engineering role.

Field Service Team Leader

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 (OTE = £45,000)

Location: North Wales

Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 Hour Week

We are a market‑leading materials handling business looking to appoint an experienced Field Service Team Leader to oversee and support a team of field service engineers responsible for the maintenance and repair of Forklift Trucks and other MHE equipment across customer sites.

As a Field Service Team Leader, you will lead by example – balancing hands‑on technical work with client interaction while coordinating the team. Your priorities will be ensuring efficient service delivery, mentoring engineers, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. You will enjoy autonomy supported by a strong technical management team and ongoing manufacturer training.

Key Requirements

• Proven engineering background with FLT, Mobile Plant, HGV, or Industrial Vehicle experience.
• Strong technical skills in Electrical, Mechanical, and Hydraulic systems.
• Recognised engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience in an engineering role.
• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
