Field Service Manager – Dental Systems

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Bonus + Car + Excellent Benefits + Package

Location: Leeds & West Yorkshire, United Kingdom

The role is for a commercially astute Field Service Manager to oversee the dental service operation in the UK. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a team of field-based Dental Service Engineers, building and nurturing relationships with key customers, regularly attending meetings and providing customer care, ensuring the delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) including resource utilisation, preventive maintenance programme (PPM) delivery, team and customer satisfaction and financial delivery within set budgets. The incumbent will also drive growth and development of all service revenues throughout the UK operation.

Background and Experience
  • Proven track record in service management with commercial and business acumen.
  • Experience leading teams of technical or dental service engineers.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with key customers.
  • Ability to develop new revenue streams and increase market share for medical and dental systems.
  • Background in the dental, medical, laboratory or scientific market sectors is highly regarded, though applicants from other high‑value capital equipment backgrounds are also encouraged.
  • Demonstrated success in growing a service‑based operation or organisation.
