The Role

This market leader now seeks to recruit a commercially astute Field Service Manager to oversee their dental service operation in the UK.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of field‑based Dental Service Engineers
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key customers
  • Regularly attending meetings and providing customer care
  • Ensuring delivery of KPI’s, including resource utilisation, PPM delivery, team and customer satisfaction and financial delivery within set budgets
  • Driving growth of service revenues throughout their operation in the UK
Your Background

Strategic thinkers with a proven track record in service management will bring the necessary commercial skills and business flair required to succeed. Utilising the organisation’s excellent reputation for quality products and brand‑leading status, you will foster key relationships, support and motivate your team, develop new revenue streams and increase market share through a broad product portfolio offering cutting‑edge solutions in medical systems technology.
