Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for technical excellence and team development? We’re looking for a Field Service Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of both service delivery and the development of our talented field engineers in the North of England.

This is a dual-role position: 50% delivering high-quality service to customers, and 50% leading, coaching, and managing the field service team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy mentoring others while staying close to the tools, this could be your next big move.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage a team of field service engineers, ensuring high standards of workmanship, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver on-site services including installation, maintenance, refurbishment, and repair of water treatment systems (U/F, N/F, RO, chemical dosing, ion exchange, demineralisation, electrical diagnostics, PLC programming).
  • Coach and train engineers, transferring technical knowledge and developing skills in line with our competence matrix.
  • Support field operations, solving technical issues and ensuring commitments to customers are met.
  • Drive team performance, including planning, rota management, job sheet inspections, and site safety audits.
  • Collaborate with sales, supporting business development and technical queries.
  • Champion health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across all field activities.
